Oleg Mosgo (1974–2024) is an outstanding lawyer and entrepreneur, the founder of Mosgo & Partners.

Prior to founding Mosgo & Partners, Oleg Mosgo had worked as a lawyer at leading consulting firms in Germany and in Russia. Consistently successful projects and high confidence of clients made him famous within the business circles, particularly in the matters related to public-private partnerships, civil law, and commercial law. Oleg Mosgo personally supervised Mosgo & Partners work with German clients and served as CEO representing several companies with foreign participation.

Oleg Mosgo graduated from the Law Faculties of Belarusian State University (Minsk, Belarus) and Ruhr University (Bochum, Germany). He further advanced his education at Albert Ludwigs University (Freiburg, Germany), with the result of being awarded Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) and Doctor of Laws degree (Doctor Juris).

For many years, Oleg Mosgo tirelessly participated in the work of the Legal Committee of the Russian-German Foreign Trade Chamber (Deutsch Russische Auslandshandelskammer) as a speaker, and from 2019 to 2024, he served as its Deputy Chairman.

From 2011 to 2024, Oleg Mosgo was actively engaged in charitable activities.

Oleg Mosgo is the author of numerous scientific and practical works published in Russian and foreign languages both in Russia and internationally.

Alexander Gusev is a qualified lawyer with extensive experience in consulting firms and commercial organizations.

Alexander graduated from the Faculty of International Jurisprudence of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and obtained a Master of Laws degree at the Institute of European Law of MGIMO-University.

Alexander Gusev’s professional activity is mainly focused on issues of civil law and foreign economic activity. Acting in the interests of the clients, Alexander won the cases in the highest judicial instances (the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation), as well as performed legal support for a number of complicated Russian and international projects. 

Alexander Gusev oversees the work of “Mosgo & Partners” with Italian clients and provides legal support to Russian persons in Italy.

In addition to legal practice, Alexander Gusev proved himself as a legal scientist. He is the author of many monographs and scientific articles on law, the list of which is regularly updated with new papers.

Alexander’s effectiveness and versatility are also evident outside the profession. Alexander appreciates classical literature and writes poetry himself, plays guitar, sings, and leads an active lifestyle.

Galina Volkova provides “Mosgo & Partners” lawyers with expert support on matters related to interacting with government authorities and on social issues.

Galina Volkova’s ability to freely navigate socio-political phenomena is benefitted from her activity as the Chairperson of the Commission of Health and Social Welfare of the Council of Deputies of the Lobnya Urban District in the Moscow Region, as well as from her activity as an assistant to the deputy of the State Duma N.I. Vasilyev.

 Galina’s experience and knowledge are particularly valuable in legal consulting, since law and legislation are largely shaped by political situations and social processes. Thanks to her involvement in legislative activities at both federal and local levels, Galina is well acquainted with the political and social realities that influence the levels of legal, administrative, and financial risks in company’s activity.

Galina Volkova is a qualified lawyer who graduated from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI).

Ilona Ambartsumyan graduated with honors from the International Law Faculty of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO-University) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

She has work experience in consulting firms and worked with foreign clients.

Ilona speaks German and English.
